Terms and Conditions - Epoch Program

The following terms and conditions are binding between YOU, the "Webmaster" or "Affiliate", and AE Media Ltd., "RhinoPays", the affiliate program. Upon signing up and/or using our services or promoting our sites, you accept and promise to abide by these terms and conditions below. RhinoPays reserves the right to enforce these terms and take neccessary measures if we feel they have not been respected.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF OUR PROGRAMS*

1) RhinoPays prohibits any illegal activity or links to such activities, on the Webmaster's site or when promoting any of our sites, such as but not limited to; any affiliation to child pornography, beastiality, incest, scat, hate crime, rape, torture, or any activity that may be harmful to any person in one form or another.

2) RhinoPays will not tolerate any email spam whatsoever, or unsolicited mailings of any kind. Any promotion done by email will result in emmediate account suspension and forfeiture of all monies, and may also be added to a blacklist at RhinoPays discretion.

3) RhinoPays will not tolerate the use of any suggestive words that may create confusion or be related to illegal activities, such as but not limited to; lolita, child, children, young teen, young girl, infant, preteen, rape, torture, incest.

4) RhinoPays cannot be held responsible for any losses due to downtime, hosting or technical issues with hardware. If a serious issue should arise, RhinoPays will make it a top priority to alert all Webmaster, and make all neccessary arrangements to remedy the problem as quickly as we possibly can.

5) Payments for the the Epoch program will be issued by Epoch themselves. Please verify your Epoch account settings for more information on payments or minimums, or for more options such as account merging, ect. Epoch will pay you 50% off all sales and rebills before billing fees.

6) Epoch is also responsible for Credits (Refunds) or Chargebacks (Non-Disputable refunds issues by the credit card companies "Visa, Mastercard, ect..."), and for any extra fees associated therewith. Please verify with Epoch themselves for more information.

7) If a Webmaster wants to signup to any of our paysites for testing purposes or for personal reasons we ask that you contact RhinoPays first so we can be alerted.

8) RhinoPays cannot be held responsible for a loss in sale due to the customer doing any of the following; manually changing the linkcode in their browser thus removing the Webmaster's tracking code, customizing their browser so that cookies are not saved, or utilizing any anti-popup software, anti-porn software, or by having active-x or javascript is disabled.

9) Only after written permission may a Webmaster use member area content for promotion. If permission has not been granted and member access has not been given, any Webmaster that uses any content for members only will be considered as theft or copyright infringement and can be prosecuted as such.

10) We encourage any and all Webmasters to report any illegal or abusive activity, spam, or fraud immediately so we can take the neccessary action and bring the offenders to justice. Please contact RhinoPays.

Any changes made to this Agreement will be advised in writing to all Webmasters and made public on the RhinoPays site news. This Agreement shall be governed and construed pursuant to the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. By using our services or participating in our programs you are accepting to be in accordance with all that is stated above, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions.
